This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Comprehend client objectives and integrate them into program service targets.
• Ensure Valeris performs program services in accordance with agreed service levels.
• Oversee the client service request queue, including both completed and ongoing tasks.
• Implement and manage business rules specific to the client.
• Discover opportunities to enhance program scope and improve service delivery efficiency.
• Analyze data and offer actionable insights to consistently align programs with client objectives.
• Track elements affecting the financial forecast of the program and provide weekly updates.
• Create activity summaries for the development and review of monthly client invoices.
• Identify talent for vacant positions and cultivate internal candidates for advancement opportunities.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure the necessary staffing levels for the program are maintained.
• Build a candidate pipeline in conjunction with Human Resources.
• Foster team training, development, and retention.
• Prepare, review, and assess client-specific operational results.
• Organize client business review meetings utilizing operational metrics and data insights.
• Act as the primary contact for program and operational inquiries and issue resolution.
• Ensure that adverse events and product complaints are reported in line with client work instructions.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.
• A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred; a Master’s degree is desirable.
• Prior experience in personnel or team management is necessary.
• Experience in managing other managers is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the specialty drug product marketplace is beneficial.
• Understanding of health insurance claims processing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of product commercialization and collaboration with manufacturers is a plus.
• Previous experience in leading customer service teams is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is an asset.
• Ability to type at a minimum of 35 words per minute with 97% accuracy is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as necessary is preferred.
• Capability to work in a professional office setting using standard office equipment.
• Successful completion of a background check and, depending on the position, a drug screening is mandatory for employment.
