Senior Program Manager, GTM & Field Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of live delivery for GTM and product launch training for the EMEA region in local time zones.

• Adapt global enablement programs, content, and messaging for local markets.

• Oversee the EMEA training roadmap, encompassing both live and on-demand content.

• Collaborate with EMEA Sales and Customer Success leaders to evaluate needs and develop programs.

• Strengthen core selling skills and Command of the Message among EMEA representatives.

• Construct frameworks for reinforcement and measurement to track adoption, changes in call data behavior, retention, and ARR impact.

• Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as dictated by business needs.

• Work in partnership with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and leadership in Product + GTM Enablement.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in GTM or sales enablement, skills enablement, or learning & development.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering live training and facilitation to a global field organization at scale.

• Proven history of business collaboration with Director/VP-level and higher senior stakeholders.

• Experience enabling an EMEA field organization across diverse markets and time zones.

• Familiarity with product/GTM enablement and skills or methodology training.

• Strong skills in instructional and curriculum design.

• Proficient with enablement technology stacks: LMS, CRM, Canva, video editing, and Google Suite.

• Comfortable utilizing AI/LLM tools for content creation and process automation.

• Data literate, including the ability to track adoption and assess behavioral and business impacts.

• Experience in a high-growth, rapidly evolving product organization is advantageous.

• Experience in recruiting or B2B SaaS is preferred.
