Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee enablement programs, courses, and offerings within Technical and Sales Enablement.

• Identify target audiences, desired outcomes, and approaches for content development.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts, practices, and leaders to collect, validate, and refine expertise into engaging content.

• Develop content directly when acting as the subject matter expert.

• Create and design workshops, eLearning, blended programs, and multi-session delivery formats.

• Manage logistics, scheduling, and the execution of enablement sessions and programs.

• Collect participant feedback and perform after-action reviews.

• Co-facilitate and independently conduct Development Programs, Leadership Programs, Power Skills, onboarding, and project approach/engagement guide sessions.

• Ensure alignment of initiatives with Enterprise Enablement and organizational strategic objectives.

• Recognize and address risks related to timelines, SME availability, and content gaps.

• Provide consistent status updates to leadership and stakeholders.

• Discover opportunities to repurpose existing enablement content effectively.

• Utilize change management principles to enhance program adoption.

• Contribute to internal projects that strengthen frameworks for Presidio practices, teams, and Enterprise Enablement.

• Monitor and report on initiative engagement and effectiveness.

• Organize, tag, and maintain enablement materials within LMS and CMS platforms.

• Keep abreast of enablement trends, learning technologies, and facilitation best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; military experience is also acceptable.

• A total of 7-10 years of experience in enablement, program management, or learning & development, encompassing both technical and sales enablement contexts.

• Proven experience leading enablement initiatives from start to finish.

• Experience in designing enablement packages and delivery formats tailored for diverse audiences and objectives.

• Proficiency in gathering feedback and conducting after-action reviews (AARs).

• Strong program and project management capabilities.

• Ability to oversee multiple simultaneous initiatives and drive large-scale execution.

• Competence in creating content directly as a subject matter expert and collaborating with SMEs to shape content.

• Skills in prioritizing and organizing competing enablement requests.

• Ability to transform ambiguous business requests into clearly defined enablement initiatives with specific success criteria.

• Capacity to influence stakeholders and subject matter experts without formal authority.

• Ability to foster cross-functional relationships among technical and sales stakeholders.

• Skills in synthesizing program outcomes into concise updates for senior leadership.

• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

• Proficiency in coordinating and communicating across distributed, cross-time-zone global teams.

• Comfortable working within a newly established team with evolving structures and processes.

• An AI-forward working style with active utilization of AI tools.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking abilities.

• Familiarity with platforms like Brainshark, Bigtincan, Showpad, or similar tools.

• Experience with project-tracking tools and Microsoft Office applications.

• Background in supporting technical/engineering and sales audiences.

• Facilitation or train-the-trainer experience is a plus.

• Experience with LMS, CMS, e-learning, or microlearning platforms.
