Professional Services Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Supervise the comprehensive coordination and execution of intricate, multi-project delivery programs.

• Initiate customer kickoffs, monitor essential milestones, and ensure strict adherence to project scope.

• Strategically allocate and schedule delivery consultants across various portfolios.

• Monitor program profitability, gross margins, billing rates, team hours, and resource utilization.

• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate complex technical and operational delivery risks.

• Facilitate swift problem-solving sessions and handle high-visibility customer escalations.

• Establish governance frameworks, executive reporting dashboards, and formal change management processes.

• Align client leadership with internal executives and cross-functional teams.

• Provide operational support and strategic guidance to technical teams.

• Mentor project managers and coordinators.

• Enhance program management methodologies by incorporating best practices, lessons learned, automation tools, and AI integration.

• Uphold quality assurance standards across program deliverables prior to client approval.

• Ensure that engagements meet security solution objectives and uphold customer satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), Business Administration, or equivalent technical education and practical experience.

• 8+ years of experience leading complex, large-scale (global) technology programs or cybersecurity professional services deployments involving multi-threaded projects, diverse technical teams, and cross-functional resources.

• Proven ability to manage and optimize program financials, including monitoring margin health, controlling project burn rates, forecasting revenue, and maximizing resource utilization.

• Advanced proficiency with enterprise program management and orchestration platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, Microsoft Project).

• Familiarity with integrating automation or AI-driven workflows to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.

• Demonstrated success in navigating high-stakes customer interactions, aligning executive stakeholders, and managing complex changes.

• Extensive expertise in tool utilization, structured information gathering, risk management frameworks, and dynamic prioritization in fast-paced, evolving enterprise environments.

• Active Project Management Professional (PMP®), Program Management Professional (PgMP®), or equivalent formal project/program management accreditation preferred.

• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) preferred.

• Direct experience managing large-scale enterprise deployments within network security, cloud security, or enterprise SaaS environments preferred.
