Senior Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer on-call assistance to proposal teams as a color reviewer during crucial capture and proposal development phases.

• Engage in designated Pink, Red, and Gold color team reviews for proposals and capture deliverables.

• Analyze proposal sections for compliance, clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with capture strategies.

• Review draft materials against customer specifications, solicitation documents, and evaluation standards.

• Deliver written and verbal feedback aimed at enhancing content quality and increasing win probability.

• Identify gaps, risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities to fortify proposal narratives.

• Evaluate the integration of win themes, differentiators, customer priorities, and competitive intelligence.

• Collaborate with the Proposal Manager and Capture Lead to ensure feedback is comprehended and applied.

• Uphold the confidentiality of proposal documents.

• Follow internal proposal development processes and timelines.

• Participate in scheduled virtual review sessions, occasionally on short notice.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience.

• Proficient in capture strategy.

• Skilled in competitive positioning.

• Knowledgeable in project requirements.

• Capable of engaging in assigned color team reviews, including Pink, Red, and Gold reviews.

• Competent in evaluating proposal sections for compliance, clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with capture strategies.

• Able to review content against customer requirements, solicitation documents, and evaluation criteria.

• Proficient in providing constructive, actionable written and verbal feedback.

• Skilled at identifying gaps, risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities to enhance proposal narratives.

• Capable of assessing win themes, differentiators, customer priorities, and competitive intelligence.

• Able to collaborate effectively with Proposal Managers and Capture Leads.

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal proposal development processes and timelines.

• Willingness to participate in virtual review sessions, sometimes at short notice.

• US citizenship is not a requirement.
