This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
β’ Lead the operational readiness and execution of launches for new partner centers, encompassing workflows, staffing plans, documentation, issue tracking, and stabilization post-launch.
β’ Maintain day-to-day operational relationships with partner clinics, which includes conducting operating reviews, resolving issues, exercising judgment on escalations, and ensuring follow-through.
β’ Oversee live virtual clinic operations covering scheduling, patient flow, visit completions, follow-up reliability, patient experience, provider capacity, and Care Coordinator coverage.
β’ Manage resource utilization related to provider capacity, appointment availability, Care Coordinator time, and staffing coverage.
β’ Enhance patient acquisition and retention by reinforcing referral habits, monitoring funnel performance, pinpointing drop-off points, and enhancing referral-to-visit conversion rates.
β’ Supervise and mentor Care Coordinators, focusing on workload distribution, performance feedback, coverage planning, escalation support, and care coordination workflows.
β’ Develop scalable systems, dashboards, standard operating procedures (SOPs), automations, reporting routines, and AI-assisted workflows.
β’ Collaborate across functions with implementation teams, medical leadership, product, engineering, marketing, data, finance, vendors, and partner clinic teams.
β’ Support Luro Health's mission to broaden access to evidence-informed, value-based telehealth services for underserved Medicare and Medicaid populations.
β’ 5-7 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably within telehealth, Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC), multi-site ambulatory care, practice management, implementation, care coordination, or multi-site service delivery.
β’ Proven experience managing clinic performance, launch readiness, partner relationships, live operations, or complex day-to-day execution in a dynamic environment.
β’ Ability to manage multiple center launches concurrently while also overseeing live operations.
β’ People-management experience in leading frontline clinical operations, care coordination, or similar operational teams.
β’ Demonstrated ability to set performance expectations, coach managers or senior contributors as needed, establish accountability mechanisms, and enhance team capacity.
β’ Strong systems-building skills, including the design and implementation of automations, dashboards, workflows, reporting pipelines, or AI-enabled tools.
β’ Proficiency in utilizing operational metrics to identify risks, optimize workflows, and enhance outcomes.
β’ Excellent communication skills, sound judgment, and the capability to create structure amid evolving priorities, workflows, staffing models, and technology.
β’ Candidates located in NY, NJ, or PA are preferred to facilitate collaboration and occasional work with regional partner clinic sites.
