This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Ensure machines are delivered to data centers globally in a timely and accurate manner.
• Implement program processes and policies during the execution of program analysis services.
• Input program data into the Machine Database (MDB) and make necessary adjustments to orders.
• Identify correct top-level-assembly (TLA) part numbers for production orders.
• Assist with data management and analysis for various ad-hoc projects.
• Monitor and track build status, address exceptions, and handle customer inquiries and escalations.
• Validate orders and enter them into the supply chain execution system.
• Submit requests for new part numbers for final rack and server assemblies.
• Direct late orders and customer delivery escalations to the appropriate leaders.
• Maintain comprehensive order tracking in relation to projected delivery timelines.
• Document any process gaps and inefficiencies in policies or data flows concerning build loading.
• Generate weekly reports detailing program analysis, services rendered, successfully loaded builds, blocked builds, and any issues faced or resolved.
• Perform additional duties as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from an accredited four-year college or university and 2 to 5 years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Develop productive working relationships both internally and externally.
• Exercise judgment within established procedures and practices to determine suitable actions.
• Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and a proven ability to self-audit.
• Ability to operate across multiple platforms and tools effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Capacity to adhere to schedules and report on potential risks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google spreadsheets.
• Familiarity with server and machine assembly processes.
• Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated project management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Knowledge of operations execution.
• Understanding of project management principles.
• Ability to perform office-related tasks, which may involve prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
• Capability to navigate within an office environment.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Some positions may necessitate occasional repetitive motions or movements of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers.
