This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +10 more states.
• Assist in the implementation and daily management of partnership initiatives.
• Oversee partner-facing tools, documentation, internal resources, user guides, and program materials.
• Set up, test, and resolve issues with partner-facing tools and platforms.
• Create and document partner journeys along with internal workflows.
• Organize updates, meetings, schedules, dependencies, and action items across Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and other cross-functional teams.
• Collect, arrange, and report program metrics and KPIs, including partner engagement, tool usage, and satisfaction levels.
• Assist in regular reporting processes and ensure stakeholders receive prompt visibility into program performance.
• Compose and circulate internal and partner-facing communications regarding updates to programs, tools, and workflows.
• Relay updates on progress, risks, obstacles, and changes in timelines to stakeholders.
• Suggest enhancements to documentation, workflows, accuracy of execution, and scalable program operations.
• 1–3 years of experience in partnerships, program coordination, business operations, sales or revenue operations, customer experience, project coordination, or a related field.
• Exceptional organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to coordinate cross-functional efforts, track action items and dependencies, and see projects through to completion.
• Comfort in learning and supporting new tools, platforms, workflows, and business processes.
• Analytical and problem-solving proficiency.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced environment while adjusting to changing priorities.
• Collaborative approach and a desire to create positive experiences for partners and internal stakeholders.
• Sound judgment and the ability to determine when issues should be handled independently or escalated.
• Employment is contingent upon passing background and credit checks.
• Experience in supporting partner, channel, alliance, marketplace, or integration initiatives.
• Background in partner operations, partner enablement, sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar operational role.
• Familiarity with partner relationship management platforms, CRM systems, project management tools, or other partner-facing technologies.
• Experience in testing or troubleshooting business tools and documenting technical procedures.
• Background in creating user guides, process documentation, workflow diagrams, or enablement resources.
• Understanding of partner-program metrics such as adoption, engagement, tool usage, satisfaction, or partner-sourced performance.
• Experience in building or maintaining recurring reports and dashboards.
• Background in identifying workflow challenges and suggesting process enhancements.
• Experience coordinating work among Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams.
