This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive execution of assigned programs, integrating various projects and tasks to achieve cost, schedule, technical, and risk goals.
• Establish and manage program baselines; identify and analyze variances and direct necessary corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to contract stipulations, regulatory requirements, and SAIC quality standards.
• Develop or significantly contribute to strategic business development initiatives and plans for re-competition capture.
• Identify new purchasing agents and opportunities; map and influence key decision-makers and buying influences within customer organizations.
• Recommend areas for investment and resources that facilitate repeatable, differentiated offerings and foster account growth.
• Manage and integrate a large, cross-functional program staff, including task/project leads, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Provide senior leadership, coaching, and mentoring to program managers and team members.
• Collaborate with management, Human Resources, and other key functions on personnel development, performance assessments, compensation-related actions, and complex personnel matters.
• Act as the primary senior leadership interface to customers and senior stakeholders regarding sub-account program issues.
• Cultivate customer relationships and address complex conflicts and disputes.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive engagement, transparent communication, and dependable delivery.
• Oversee intricate technical efforts involving systems and software engineering, systems integration, and advanced program planning.
• Implement risk and issue management processes and escalate critical challenges with mitigation strategies.
• Manage sub-account profit and loss while overseeing cost, schedule, technical performance, risk management, contract compliance, quality, staffing, and business growth.
• A bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 18 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proven experience in managing large, complex programs or portfolios in either a government or commercial setting.
• Demonstrated success in meeting technical, schedule, cost, and financial objectives.
• Experience with systems and software engineering, systems integration, or the delivery of complex technical solutions.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities, with the capability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing diverse program teams, including subcontractors and cross-functional leads.
• A background in business development, capture, or activities related to account growth is highly preferred.
