Senior Marketing Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the lead program manager for essential growth initiatives, overseeing project execution from inception to post-evaluation.

• Effectively manage project timelines, schedules, and asset tracking independently.

• Ensure all functional teams are synchronized on schedules and interdependencies.

• Implement standardized marketing methodologies and processes for key growth initiatives.

• Develop and sustain comprehensive project plans, making dependencies clear across various teams.

• Organize regular program meetings, identify obstacles, and compile status updates into reports.

• Maintain a centralized repository for campaign documentation, including briefs, trackers, and KPI dashboards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creatives, content writers, and event managers.

• Address operational challenges such as capacity limitations and resource shortages.

• Enhance operational processes, including intake and approval workflows.

• Advocate for the consistent utilization of project management tools.

• Set and track KPIs, incorporating lessons learned into future campaign strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–6 years of experience in Marketing Program Management, Marketing Operations, or Technical Program Management.

• Demonstrated success in managing independent projects and delivering cohesive campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related area.

• Native or professional-level proficiency in English is essential.

• Extensive documentation experience in English.

• Highly proficient in project management and enterprise software such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Suite, Looker Studio, Salesforce, and GA4 or equivalent.

• Comprehensive knowledge of project management tools, particularly Jira and Smartsheet.

• Strong grasp of marketing frameworks and the creative production process.
