Senior Professional Medical Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Advocate for company products within the academic community in the designated region and meet predetermined work goals.

• Develop consistent academic communication channels with healthcare professionals.

• Engage in ongoing, standardized communication regarding medical and product-related information.

• Fulfill all mandatory reporting requirements set by the company.

• Gather insights on market trends and product-related information in alignment with compliance guidelines.

• Implement company marketing strategies in accordance with the OEC policy.

• Report any adverse events associated with company products and assist in the collection of pharmacovigilance information when necessary.

• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and internal company policies.

• Maintain the company's values, integrity, and compliance principles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacy, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in hematology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs.

• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in foreign-funded enterprises.

• Excellent academic and professional capabilities.

• Strong judgment skills.

• Effective communication and language expression abilities.

• Passionate about the role, responsible, and capable of handling work pressure.

• Demonstrated teamwork skills and a strong work ethic.
