📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target area and achieving established work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to facilitate ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.

• Gather market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.

• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethics (OEC) policy and effectively implement the company's marketing plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to company products discovered during daily work and cooperate with PV to collect necessary information if needed.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in ophthalmology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs, with preference given to candidates with experience in foreign enterprises.

• Strong academic expertise and excellent judgment capabilities.

• Good communication skills and proficient language expression.

• Passionate about the job, responsible, and able to handle work pressure.

• Possess teamwork spirit and a strong work ethic.
