This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Advocate for the company's products in an academic capacity within the designated area while meeting defined work goals.
• Establish consistent academic communication channels with healthcare professionals.
• Conduct ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product-related information.
• Complete all required reports as mandated by the company.
• Gather market trends and product-related insights in accordance with company compliance standards.
• Implement company marketing strategies in strict adherence to the OEC policy.
• Swiftly report any adverse events associated with company products and support Pharmacovigilance in gathering necessary information when required.
• Adhere to relevant laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies while maintaining the company's values and principles of integrity.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in hematologic oncology, biologics, specialty pharmaceuticals, or the pharmaceutical sector.
• Experience in a foreign-funded company is an advantage.
• Exceptional academic and professional capabilities with strong judgment skills.
• Proficient communication and language skills.
• A passion for the role, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to manage work-related pressure.
