This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.
• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the designated region, achieving established work objectives.
• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals, facilitating ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.
• Complete various reports as mandated by the company.
• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with the company's compliance guidelines.
• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policies and effectively execute the company's marketing plans.
• Promptly report any adverse drug events associated with company products discovered during daily work, and cooperate with Pharmacovigilance (PV) to gather necessary information when required.
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policy requirements, embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in medicine, pharmacy, or a related field.
• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in hematology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in foreign-invested enterprises.
• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment skills.
• Have good communication and language expression abilities.
• Passionate about the job with a strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
• Demonstrate teamwork and a willingness to endure hardships.
