This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the academic promotion of the company's products within the target area, achieving established work objectives.

• Establish regular academic communication channels with healthcare professionals to conduct ongoing and standardized exchanges of medical and product information.

• Complete various reports as required by the company.

• Collect market dynamics and product-related insights in accordance with company compliance guidelines.

• Strictly adhere to the company's Code of Ethical Conduct (OEC) policies and effectively implement the company's marketing plans.

• Promptly report any adverse drug events related to the company's products encountered during daily work, and cooperate with pharmacovigilance (PV) to gather necessary information if required.

• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, and company policies, embodying the company's values and principles of integrity and compliance in the workplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, or related fields.

• A minimum of two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, specifically in areas such as hematological oncology, biopharmaceuticals, or specialty drugs.

• Preference will be given to candidates with a background in foreign enterprises.

• Possess excellent academic expertise and strong judgment skills.

• Good communication and language expression abilities.

• Passionate about the job, responsible, and capable of handling work-related pressure.

• Demonstrate teamwork spirit and a strong work ethic.
