• Guarantee that project information is precise, actionable, and readily accessible for decision-making.

• Assist in managing operational rhythms, including studio reviews and leadership forums.

• Convert strategic initiatives into actionable plans for studios and partner teams.

• Collaborate with production, product, finance, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment.

• Provide structured, high-quality communication to aid executive decision-making.

• Document and standardize production processes and workflows.

• Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and minimize operational friction.

• Partner with central teams to synchronize tools, processes, and methodologies.

• Support teams in navigating ambiguity, change, and intricate production challenges.

• Create practical frameworks, recommendations, and plans that enhance outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience at a senior level in game development or game publishing.

• Exceptional communication skills with the capability to articulate complex ideas clearly.

• Experience in cross-functional, collaborative settings.

• Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and advance initiatives in dynamic situations.

• Background in production, product, program management, or operations (preferred).

• Experience in supporting leadership decision-making or executive operational rhythms (preferred).

• Familiarity with scaling processes and best practices across teams (preferred).

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset.

• Capacity to lead significant change through relationships and influence rather than authority.

• Quick comprehension of new projects to contribute effectively.
