📋 Description

• Achieve set sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

• Leverage Trucordia sales and marketing resources for cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, and prospect presentations to secure new clients

• Serve as a subject matter expert in a designated area of expertise

• Oversee a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates

• Work in conjunction with Client Service to review renewal business and onboard new accounts

• Adhere to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, including effective use of Trucordia tools and sales management systems

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License issued by the state

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field

• 2-5 years of experience in an insurance sales position

• Familiarity with professional software such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce

• Proven abilities in analytics and both internal and external communication

• Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese (Highly Preferred)
