Commercial Lines Producer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Achieve predefined sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis

• Utilize Trucordia's sales and marketing resources for cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, and prospect presentations to secure new business

• Serve as a subject matter expert in a specified area of expertise

• Maintain a portfolio of clients to ensure elevated renewal rates

• Work in partnership with Client Service to evaluate renewal business and onboard new business accounts

• Adhere to Trucordia's sales methodologies, best practices, tools, and sales management system

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License issued by the state

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field

• 2 to 5 years of experience in an insurance sales position

• Expertise in Microsoft Suite and Salesforce

• Proven ability in analytics and both internal and external communication
