Producer II – Equine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Achieve set sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Leverage Trucordia sales and marketing resources for cold outreach, face-to-face meetings, and pitch presentations to secure new business.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in the equine insurance sector.

• Effectively manage a portfolio of clients to ensure high renewal rates.

• Work in partnership with Client Service to evaluate renewal business and onboard new business accounts.

• Adhere to Trucordia's sales methodologies and best practices, including the effective use of Trucordia tools and sales management systems.

• Report directly to the Market Leader.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License issued by the state.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or a related field.

• 2-5 years of experience in an insurance sales position.

• Proficient in professional software such as Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.

• Proven abilities in analytics and both internal and external communications.
