Senior Production Artist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with the team and Production Managers to facilitate the creation of donor-focused, insight-driven, integrated creative solutions.

• Partnering with team members to generate precise and high-quality direct mail materials.

• Developing, updating, managing, and releasing art files for production.

• Setting up and preparing impeccable print-ready files that accurately adhere to client and agency brand standards.

• Crafting comps, mock-ups, and other presentation materials.

• Working in tandem with the Production Manager to ensure all projects are produced in accordance with approved printer specifications while respecting time and budget limitations.

• Supporting the Associate Creative Director and Art Director with specific production-related tasks to guarantee deadlines are met and quality remains high.

• Proficiency in English (Advanced - Bilingual) is mandatory.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Exceptional attention to detail in the execution of tasks.
