Senior Product Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales to facilitate technical discovery sessions and evaluate client requirements

• Showcase the benefits of Gracenote’s metadata, AI, and MCP solutions

• Conduct technical workshops and proof-of-concepts

• Manage customer integration planning from adoption to production deployment

• Support client engineering teams by sharing integration best practices during onboarding

• Provide architectural guidance and technical strategy for deployment through standard APIs and agentic frameworks

• Represent the customer's perspective to shape product roadmaps

• Convert customer needs into actionable requests for the product team

• Develop or revise technical documentation to promote customer self-sufficiency

• Test and validate new products as Customer Zero

• Lead the rapid prototyping of targeted, single-purpose AI agents

• Transform entertainment workflows into practical prototypes and architectural designs

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering

• Demonstrated ability to connect business objectives with technical execution

• Experience in guiding customers through intricate software integrations

• Strong knowledge of Restful APIs, SQL, ETL, and structured data formats (JSON/XML)

• Familiarity with modern AI-based technology stacks, including tool chaining, prompt engineering, and identity management (e.g., AWS Cognito)

• Proven capability to align complex architectures with business objectives

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with C-level executives, business partners, and engineering teams

• Willingness to travel to customer locations, predominantly in North America, up to 30% of the time

• Occasional international travel may also be necessary
