This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Collaborate with the squad to support the team in guiding deliveries and advancing the product.
• Develop, articulate, and consistently maintain the product vision, objectives, and strategy.
• Ensure that the Product Backlog is consistently transparent, prioritized, visible, and comprehensible to all stakeholders.
• Prioritize, elaborate, and manage stories, epics, and features, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Clearly and objectively structure functional and non-functional requirements.
• Work closely with other Product Owners, Project Managers, stakeholders, and partner teams to ensure aligned decisions and deliveries.
• Drive the product strategy throughout its lifecycle, including roadmap, releases, evolution, and prioritization.
• Support the product delivery team by fostering focus, engagement, collaboration, and a sense of purpose.
• Conduct market research and analyses that inform product evolution and decision-making.
• Define and validate Minimum Viable Products (MVPs), test hypotheses, and support discovery and experimentation initiatives.
• Analyze user behavior to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for enhancement.
• Guide the creation of prototypes and assist in defining customer-centered solutions.
• Encourage innovation and continuous improvement in the product and operational methodologies.
• Manage strategic priorities, deadlines, and resources, balancing business requirements with delivery capacity.
• Serve as a liaison between corporate strategy, products, and teams, contributing to consistent deliveries that align with expected value.
• Previous experience as a Product Owner or in similar product roles.
• Familiarity with financial products.
• Experience with agile methodologies and working in multidisciplinary squads.
• Capability to make decisions, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate ownership.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, dedicated, and collaborative individual with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical, logical, critical, and human-centered thinking, emphasizing value generation.
