This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.
• Take ownership of the Lead-to-Value backlog from start to finish and manage the L2V product backlog along with the project workspace.
• Create and uphold a roadmap encompassing Lead-to-Opportunity, Opportunity-to-Order, Order-to-Ship, Ship-to-Install, and Install-to-Value.
• Prioritize tasks based on dependencies in collaboration with the business owner for each phase.
• Conduct cross-workstream discovery and synthesis with leads in demand generation, Salesforce, ERP, field operations, and billing.
• Develop and verify dependency maps across different workstreams.
• Draft business cases for make-versus-buy decisions along with specifications for shared dependencies and integration points.
• Collaborate with CRM and ERP implementation partners and Anova’s data and analytics team to create practical, sequenced work plans.
• Define and implement adoption and outcome metrics in partnership with the analytics team.
• Oversee shared dependencies, including pricebook consolidation, account data quality, and accurate order data.
• Proactively resolve blockers before they impact milestones.
• Direct AI sequencing and determine what should be developed once and reused across various stages.
• Make decisions regarding build-versus-buy involving common tools, custom APIs, dashboards, or agentic workflows.
• Represent Lead-to-Value in executive reporting and quarterly strategic planning sessions.
• Collaborate with IT on governance for workspace tooling and establish system configuration standards.
• Be accountable for outcomes related to sales and quote-to-cash velocity, ship-to-install efficiency, field inventory, billing accuracy, DSO, transaction costs, and cross-workstream dependency management.
• Create a product backlog, metrics dashboard, decision/risk log, and establish an operational rhythm.
• Generate reliable, data-driven executive reports.
• Utilize clear written documents such as specifications, one-pagers, dependency maps, and decision memos.
• Employ LLMs for research, synthesis, drafting, and analysis tasks.
• Define metrics and independently extract and analyze data using a modern BI tool.
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or computer science, or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in product or program management.
• Proven track record of managing at least one initiative that encompasses cross-functional business-systems or revenue-operations transformation from problem definition to measurable business outcomes.
• More than 8 years of cumulative professional experience in product management, engineering, or related technical roles.
• Direct experience with Salesforce and/or contemporary ERP platforms such as Epicor, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or SAP.
• Capability to read data models, comprehend integration points, and discuss scope and trade-offs with implementation partners or administrators.
• Experience managing several interdependent workstreams with various business owners and creating a unified prioritized roadmap.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders, present status and risk updates, and make resource requests.
• Experience in establishing product or program management practices, including backlogs, ticketing systems, and metrics cadences.
• Quantitative proficiency with funnel and conversion metrics, cycle time, DSO, and metrics related to margins.
• Ability to construct or interpret an instrumentation plan within a BI tool.
• Demonstrated application of AI and LLM tools in a product or program management setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 20%, primarily domestically, including visits to Blair, Nebraska, and other Anova locations.
• Preferred: Experience in a B2B industrial, distribution, or manufacturing environment.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Epicor, Salesforce Revenue Cloud, HubSpot, Zoho Billing, or similar platforms.
• Preferred: Experience collaborating with a systems-integration or implementation partner as the internal product owner.
• Preferred: Background in a venture- or private-equity-backed, high-growth company.
• Preferred: PMP, CSPO, or equivalent certification.
• Preferred: Experience in establishing Jira or comparable work-management practices.
• Preferred: Comfort with AI “vibe coding” and project management tools such as Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Dazl, or ChatPRD.
