Product Manager – Hands-on & Execution

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for product areas from initial discovery to delivery and ongoing iteration.

• Directly engage with the product utilizing contemporary tools and AI-enhanced workflows.

• Work in close collaboration with Engineers and Designers within small, empowered teams.

• Convert customer challenges into implemented solutions, rather than mere documentation.

• Foster rapid experimentation, validation, and iteration processes.

• Make practical product decisions that weigh speed, quality, and impact.

• Continuously adjust product scope based on actual usage data and user feedback.

• Product Managers and Engineers collaborate to deliver results together.

• Implement rapid iteration with frequent product releases.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager successfully launching real products.

• A strong builder mentality: comfortable taking a hands-on approach with the product.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Proficiency in using modern tools, including AI, to expedite product development.

• Strong product judgment coupled with user-centered thinking.

• Excellent communication skills and a propensity for proactive action.

• Willingness to engage deeply with Engineers who expect PMs to contribute to the build process.

• Background in startups or rapidly expanding product teams.

• Technical fluency (not necessarily an engineer, but capable of product development).

• Familiarity with contemporary product discovery and experimentation techniques.

• Experience in design, engineering, or data-related fields.

• Prior experience with AI-driven or developer-focused products.
