πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Assist with the Timing product line, which includes crystals, oscillators, real-time clocks (RTC), and MEMS timing devices.

β€’ Oversee product lifecycle initiatives such as new product introductions, customer support, product maintenance, and end-of-life assessments.

β€’ Drive product-line revenue growth and enhance profitability.

β€’ Formulate and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, ensuring successful launches.

β€’ Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to promote product adoption and success.

β€’ Perform market research and analysis to comprehend customer needs and outline next-generation product roadmaps.

β€’ Present product proposals, profit margins, performance metrics, and forecasts to leadership teams.

β€’ Conduct presentations and training sessions for sales teams, representatives, distribution partners, and customers.

β€’ Relay market needs and trends to engineering teams to inform new product development efforts.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

β€’ 2–3 years of experience as an electrical, component, applications, or product engineer; or 1–2 years as a field application engineer for a component manufacturer or distributor; or 1–3 years in product management or a similar role.

β€’ Familiarity with product lifecycle management.

β€’ Proven expertise in product design, development, or sales within the timing electronic components sector.

β€’ In-depth understanding of electrical circuit theory, electromagnetic principles, and timing electronics.

β€’ Demonstrated skills in market research and data analysis.

β€’ Exceptional communication abilities, capable of effective collaboration across diverse teams and conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

β€’ Strong multitasking capabilities and adeptness at working independently in a dynamic environment.

β€’ An advanced degree in Business or Finance (Master's or PhD) is preferred.
