Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Lead the definition, evolution, and prioritization of the digital product (Application), ensuring continuous value delivery to the business and customers through effective management of the product lifecycle, from discovery to implementation and performance measurement.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and multiple stakeholders to guarantee the execution of strategic initiatives, integration with various services, and continuous improvement of user experience.

• Define the vision, roadmap, and functional evolution of the application.

• Prioritize the Product Backlog considering business impact, customer value, technical effort, and dependencies.

• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation for the design team.

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (UX/UI, Business, Marketing, among others).

• Understand the Discovery process to identify opportunities, validate business and user needs, and define product initiatives.

• Manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment of expectations, priorities, and deliverables.

• Lead the management of suppliers and third parties involved in product integrations.

• Define and monitor product KPIs (adoption, conversion, engagement, performance, among others).

• Design executive dashboards and tracking boards to monitor the product's status and communicate results.

• Prepare periodic reports on progress, risks, indicators, and roadmap adherence.

• Keep all functional documentation, flow diagrams, processes, and product decisions up to date.

• Participate in and lead agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Refinement, Daily, Review, and Retrospective).

• Ensure end-to-end follow-up of initiatives.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on data, user feedback, and market trends.

• Collaborate with technology teams to ensure proper monitoring and performance of the application.

• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional degree in business administration, industrial engineering, related engineering fields, or administrative and financial careers.

• 3 years of experience in similar roles.

• Knowledge in the creation of mobile applications.

• Certification as a Product Owner (preferred).

• Courses and certifications related to the position (preferred).

• Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Jira, and dashboards (preferred).
