Senior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and strategize the product backlog, establishing priorities aligned with business goals and customer requirements, while considering quarterly planning.

• Develop and document initiatives, epics, and user stories by collecting, recording, and detailing functional requirements and business regulations pertaining to insurance, including auto insurance.

• Facilitate refinement sessions with the technical team.

• Provide updates on the partial delivery status of initiatives.

• Collaborate with external partners.

• Engage in API integrations and digital ecosystems of insurers.

• Assist in the development of new products and initiatives related to digital services, encompassing solutions focused on mobility, user experiences, and financial services.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior or Specialist Product Owner.

• Familiarity with the insurance and insurtech sectors.

• Understanding of auto insurance products, including coverage, pricing, and claims management.

• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).

• Background in digital product management.

• Knowledge of data analysis and defining product metrics.

• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Miro, or comparable platforms.

• Experience in defining and prioritizing backlogs and crafting user stories.

• Experience with systems integration and APIs.
