This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish product positioning and spearhead go-to-market strategies and launches to enhance awareness, adoption, and usage among key driver segments.
• Collaborate with technology teams on product enhancements, feature rollouts, and UX/UI modifications, converting technical developments into communications tailored for drivers.
• Create comprehensive product marketing plans for Roadie’s offerings.
• Formulate messaging frameworks, value propositions, and content aimed at diverse audiences throughout the driver experience.
• Work with Communications to develop the annual messaging guide, leveraging driver insights, product expertise, and organizational goals.
• Anticipate communication requirements stemming from the product roadmap and strategize blog posts, automated updates, social media content, and paid media insights.
• Transform product performance metrics, customer feedback, and competitive insights into actionable recommendations for product roadmaps, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Monitor launch success, adoption rates, engagement, retention, and message impact, translating findings into strategic recommendations for leadership.
• Enhance Braze Canvas flows, tagging frameworks, and data metrics to boost segmentation, reporting precision, and experimentation.
• Over 4 years of experience in product marketing, encompassing messaging, positioning, competitive analysis, sales enablement, and go-to-market strategy.
• Experience in product launches is highly preferred.
• Capability to influence and drive results across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities.
• Skill in translating intricate product features into understandable narratives for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A keen interest in market trends, customer behaviors, and emerging opportunities.
• Strong project management skills, adept at managing complex initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
• A collaborative, resourceful, and solution-focused mindset.
• Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
