This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of positioning and messaging for the QuickBooks Graduates program.
• Formulate a content strategy that assists small businesses in transitioning from QuickBooks to cloud ERP.
• Customize messaging for construction, manufacturing, distribution, professional services, and related micro-verticals.
• Develop thought leadership content based on customer profiles, industry knowledge, and market insights.
• Assist in comprehensive go-to-market strategies for QuickBooks Graduates campaigns.
• Review and enhance customer stories and videos in collaboration with the customer advocacy team.
• Work alongside product, sales, marketing, partner, and industry teams on roadmaps, priorities, and capabilities.
• Utilize performance data and analytics to inform strategy and assess campaign effectiveness.
• Write video scripts, conduct light video editing, and produce product overview and QuickBooks-comparison videos.
• Create user-friendly point-and-click demos for essential workflows and scenarios.
• Oversee website messaging, comparison guides, datasheets, infographics, brochures, and other program materials.
• Assist in release planning and alignment concerning product positioning.
• Support trade shows, industry events, partner events, customer events, presentations, webinars, and thought leadership sessions.
• Convert product features and advantages into valuable insights for small business buyers.
• A minimum of three to five years of experience in product marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of small business accounting software, including QuickBooks or similar solutions.
• Familiarity with ERP business management systems, accounting processes, business technology, and B2B marketing strategies.
• Experience in marketing to or supporting construction, manufacturing, distribution, or professional services is advantageous.
• Relevant educational background in marketing, English, public relations, journalism, business, philosophy, computer science, or a related field.
• Outstanding writing skills.
• Ability to articulate complex features in clear, straightforward language.
• Capability to translate technical ERP functionalities into easily understandable benefits for small business owners.
• An analytical mindset coupled with a creative approach to messaging.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Experience with marketing technology is preferred, including WordPress, Jasper or similar AI tools, Camtasia, Asana, CRM applications, SharePoint, and Wistia.
• Direct experience with QuickBooks Online or Desktop is a significant advantage.
