This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Take charge of product marketing execution for the entire RTA Fleet360 portfolio, aligning with RTA's comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Act as the central point of communication among Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support teams.
• Perform research on customers, market trends, product usage, and competitors to uncover insights and opportunities.
• Enhance product positioning and messaging across all teams.
• Review and refresh website content to ensure consistent messaging about products.
• Create positioning and messaging frameworks for RTA partnerships and integrations.
• Produce and distribute product demo videos, workflow videos, imagery, and various marketing assets for products.
• Manage the go-to-market execution for RTA products and features.
• Establish launch success metrics in collaboration with Product teams.
• Oversee product launches by managing marketing strategies, tactics, deliverables, responsibilities, timelines, and expectations.
• Equip Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Marketing teams with positioning, messaging, training, and tools for launches.
• Lead the expansion and upsell pipeline strategy while coordinating campaigns with Demand Generation and in-product efforts.
• Create enablement content for Sales and Customer Success, including feature pages, battlecards, talk tracks, buyer enablement, and launch materials.
• Promote awareness and utilization of underused features that correlate with customer retention through release communications, in-app messaging, and targeted adoption campaigns based on usage data.
• Monitor product adoption metrics for customer accounts and individual users.
• Manage customer lifecycle communications that reinforce value, covering onboarding, nurturing, product updates, and renewal support.
• Build and enhance customer proof programs, including case studies, testimonials, reviews, references, and advisory boards.
• Assist with user conferences, webinars, roadshows, training sessions, and certification content.
• Address feedback from Sales and Customer Success while identifying gaps in the buyer and customer journey.
• Oversee and evaluate asset usage, message delivery, internal confidence, and market responses.
• Conduct interviews with customers and perform qualitative research.
• Collaborate with Sales to gain insights from win/loss analyses.
• Provide ongoing competitive intelligence.
• Utilize data from product usage, customer interactions, CRM, and campaigns to identify opportunities for adoption, validate messaging, target specific segments, and assess outcomes.
• Report directly to the Sr Manager of Marketing.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in Product Marketing.
• Experience in GovTech or Fleet Management SaaS is essential.
• Proven track record of managing product and feature launches from go-to-market planning to organizational readiness and market execution.
• Hands-on experience conducting customer interviews and translating insights into effective positioning, messaging, campaigns, and enablement strategies.
• Experience in leading expansion and upsell pipeline initiatives in collaboration with Demand Generation, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in leveraging customer, product usage, CRM, and market data for strategic decisions and measuring adoption and impact.
• Proficient in CRM platforms like HubSpot.
• Familiarity with call-recording and conversation-intelligence tools, such as Gong.
• Experienced with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to simplify complex product features into clear, distinct narratives for diverse audiences.
• Proven capacity to influence and drive cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• No formal degree is required; relevant experience and demonstrated capabilities are prioritized.
• Ability to remain seated or standing for extended durations.
• Capability to work at a computer for long periods.
• Willingness to travel approximately 15-20% based on business requirements.
• Must not require student visa sponsorship; RTA is unable to provide sponsorship.
