This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the commercial strategy for Content Cloud, encompassing positioning, packaging, launches, buyer narratives, and field readiness.
• Manage the renewal and expansion narrative for the largest installed base, focusing on the growth of Assets and Launch adoption.
• Direct competitive strategy, which includes developing battlecards, win/loss insights, supporting enterprise RFP/RFI processes, and converting competitive deal intelligence into product strategies.
• Oversee pricing, packaging, ICP, and core value propositions in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Establish and assess adoption goals for launches by utilizing data and customer feedback.
• Integrate customer and market insights into the strategy through customer conversations, analyst briefings, and competitive research.
• Represent Contentstack in external environments through live demonstrations, webinars, customer roundtables, ContentCon, and other market-facing opportunities.
• Mentor and collaborate with the product marketing team, providing strategic leadership without direct management responsibility.
• Assist in safeguarding and expanding the largest installed base, facilitate growth from CMS into Assets and Launch, and influence competition in the enterprise market.
• Utilize customer insights, market intelligence, and adoption data to enhance Contentstack’s agentic-experience narrative.
• 8-12 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience with a headless CMS, DXP, DAM, or content infrastructure product.
• Extensive category knowledge in headless CMS, DXP, DAM, or content infrastructure.
• Practical experience with enterprise DAM or content management.
• Familiarity with RFPs and complex enterprise purchasing processes.
• Proven track record of owning pricing and packaging for a product line.
• Ability to demonstrate a product live and unscripted without relying on a sales engineer; this will be assessed during the interview.
• Experience in positioning against enterprise incumbents and challengers.
• A history of leveraging lessons learned from wins and losses.
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption post-launch using data.
• Excellent communication skills, along with strong executive presence and influence capabilities.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, and the executive team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Additional experience with DAM, retail/commerce, developer audiences, partner ecosystems, product-led growth, or answer engine/search optimization is advantageous.
