
Senior Product Marketing Manager, Care Offerings β Commercialization

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Take ownership of the strategy for key service lines focusing on packaging, launch, adoption, growth, and continuous optimization.
β’ Collaborate with Clinical and Product teams to enhance care experiences, offerings, and patient journeys.
β’ Convert intricate clinical capabilities into market-ready solutions with clearly defined audiences, use cases, value propositions, differentiators, and evidence points.
β’ Work alongside Brand Marketing to conduct research, establish positioning, create messaging, and define unique perspectives.
β’ Formulate go-to-market strategies for B2B, B2C, and B2B2C, including launch assets, sales narratives, patient campaigns, and partner activation.
β’ Oversee launches from start to finish, encompassing channel strategy, cross-functional coordination, sales readiness, patient activation, and performance assessment.
β’ Implement post-launch initiatives and enhancements to support ongoing adoption and increase utilization.
β’ Set service-line targets and forecasts, monitor performance, and ensure cross-functional accountability.
β’ Promote awareness, adoption, ongoing engagement, and utilization among both potential and current patients.
β’ Expand service lines across health plan and employer demographics via partner channels.
β’ Develop channel-specific campaigns, content, web experiences, webinars, lifecycle communications, and patient interactions.
β’ Manage sales enablement for key care offerings.
β’ Create buyer-centric narratives, presentations, one-pagers, FAQs, objection-handling guides, competitive positioning, proof points, proposals, and other sales resources.
β’ Prepare Sales and Client Success teams for launches, renewals, expansion discussions, and critical selling phases.
β’ Gather market intelligence on trends, competitors, buyer and patient needs, coverage strategies, benefit designs, competing solutions, and unmet needs.
β’ Leverage insights from patients, clients, prospects, sales, clinical data, competitors, and performance metrics to inform strategy and investment adjustments.
β’ Collaborate with Data teams to assess enrollment, bookings, completed visits, follow-up care, repeat utilization, retention, revenue, and associated funnel metrics.
β’ Monitor commercial impacts, buyer engagement, generated or influenced meetings, expansion discussions, and pipeline influence.
β’ Lead initiatives to enhance awareness, adoption, utilization, outcomes, revenue, lifetime value, and differentiation.
β’ A minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, commercialization, growth, product strategy, or a related field.
β’ Proven experience in launching new or enhanced products, services, or programs to market while driving adoption and growth over time.
β’ Strong background in B2B marketing and sales enablement, preferably combined with B2C or B2B2C experience.
β’ Capability to independently create positioning, messaging, launch plans, sales materials, and executive-level presentations.
β’ Proficiency in distilling complex or vaguely defined capabilities into clear, differentiated, market-ready solutions.
β’ Experience in setting targets, creating forecasts, utilizing performance data for decision-making, and taking accountability for results.
β’ Ability to lead intricate cross-functional projects without direct authority.
β’ Excellent writing, storytelling, presentation, analytical, and business judgment skills.
β’ Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
β’ Strong proficiency in using AI tools to enhance work quality and efficiency.
β’ Comfortable navigating between strategic planning and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Healthcare experience is highly preferred; familiarity with digital health, health plans, employer benefits, pharmaceuticals, weight management, or women's health is advantageous.
