This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of Product Marketing for a comprehensive product or experience from start to finish.
• Establish a one-year Product Marketing strategy for a significant Business Banking segment.
• Create unique positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored for various customer segments.
• Develop messaging frameworks for Product, Sales, Integrated Marketing, and larger marketing teams.
• Lead competitive intelligence and market insights initiatives through customer research, commercial data, competitor analysis, and Sales insights.
• Collaborate with Product, Research, Design, and Data teams to influence roadmap priorities and product strategy.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies for key products and target markets.
• Identify target audiences, reasons for product switching, retention needs, and success metrics.
• Manage product representation and value messaging across customer and sales interactions.
• Work alongside Product, Sales, Marketing, CRM, and local market teams to ensure customer experiences align with positioning.
• Facilitate localization efforts across European markets while ensuring global consistency when necessary.
• Guide less experienced Product Marketing Managers and enhance team practices through frameworks, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration among Product, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Research to ensure stakeholder alignment.
• Proven expertise in Product Marketing.
• Experience in managing Product Marketing across a specific product area or market.
• Proficiency in customer insights, competitive analysis, positioning, and product strategy.
• Capability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders in Product, Sales, Growth, Marketing, and Research.
• Skill in building consensus around challenging product and commercial decisions.
• Experience in mentoring junior Product Marketing Managers.
• Ability to enhance team practices through frameworks, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Comfortable working with customer research, commercial data, competitor intelligence, and Sales insights.
• Willingness and capability to work across UK and European markets.
• Competent in functioning within cross-functional environments.
• Base salary ranging from £80,000 - £105,000.
• Hybrid work model, with options for office-based work in London, or remote work within the UK.
