• Take ownership of product-level positioning and messaging for designated platform areas.
• Develop positioning frameworks, promote sales and customer success adoption, and update messaging as market dynamics and product roadmaps evolve.
• Manage product launches from start to finish, including tiering, objectives, strategies, cross-functional execution, and performance reporting.
• Oversee the customer proof library and create reference stories, case studies, one-pagers, presentations, use-case documentation, and other proof materials.
• Conduct interviews with newly launched customers and internal teams to uncover outcomes and narratives.
• Create enablement content, competitive positioning, objection handling resources, and training materials for sales, customer success, and partners.
• Assess enablement usage and its impact on win rates.
• Manage market and competitive intelligence for restaurant operators and competitors.
• Provide insights from the market to inform positioning, roadmap discussions, and executive decision-making.
• Generate customer-win content for social media and partner channels.
• Integrate product marketing into Help Center and in-dashboard content, including embedded videos and feature context.
• Develop reusable AI-driven tools and workflows for content creation and other repetitive tasks.
• Leverage AI and internal analytics tools to analyze customer outcomes and expedite content production.
• Experiment with various formats such as video, podcasts, live events, office hours, and community forums to enhance distribution.
• Report directly to the VP of Marketing and collaborate as a peer with sales, customer success, product, and partnerships leadership.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams without formal authority and provide briefings to executives on market performance.
• Within six months, execute at least one Tier-1 launch, ensure sales adoption of messaging, and publish customer proof.
• By twelve months, own the positioning, deliver executive market intelligence, and enhance launch efficiency.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, including 5–7 years in product marketing, customer marketing, or a closely related role.
• Proven ownership of at least one significant product launch from inception to completion, including strategy and trade-offs.
• Experience in positioning or messaging that has been adopted by sales and customer success teams.
• A portfolio showcasing written work such as case studies, product content, and enablement materials.
• Proficient in conducting customer interviews and uncovering compelling narratives.
• Strong ability to learn core personas and tailor materials for prospects, customers, internal teams, and partners.
• A history of productive collaboration with sales and customer success teams, creating enablement content that they utilized.
• Experience in influencing cross-functional teams without direct management authority and presenting to executives.
• Comfort with video and multimedia formats.
• Experience in the restaurant or hospitality technology sector is a plus.
• Ability to work with high intensity, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
