This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the development of Teak's master positioning — a key document that outlines how the platform, delivery models, and benefit layers are articulated, ensuring the narrative remains sharp and consistent as the product progresses.
• Convert product inputs and market insights into go-to-market (GTM) strategies and tailored messaging for both partner and consumer audiences.
• Create and uphold messaging frameworks for solutions across Teak's products and platform capabilities, ensuring consistency from partner evaluation to activation.
• Provide market and messaging insights to inform pricing and packaging strategies, collaborating with Product, Finance, and Legal to ensure competitive and clear pricing across different verticals.
• Refine and enhance the language that consumers encounter on the Teak platform — including feature names, in-app text, and transactional messaging during refunds and purchases.
• Ensure that all product-related content is accurate, aligned with the brand, and compliant across various verticals.
• Develop a vertical-specific comprehension of the experience economy, encompassing venues, marketplaces, operators, and consumers.
• Integrate insights from partners, sales, and market signals to inform product and GTM decisions.
• Monitor the competitive landscape continuously, identify Teak's strengths, and translate these insights into distinct messaging and sales support.
• Collaborate with Product and Revenue teams to ensure alignment on launch readiness, confirming that all teams are prepared and dependencies are addressed prior to release.
• Oversee the external launch process — including messaging, content, and marketing deliverables — ensuring that every new feature and solution is introduced to the market clearly and consistently.
• Establish success metrics for adoption and awareness, monitor performance after launch, and provide insights back into positioning, enablement, and future GTM strategies.
• Create and sustain collateral, battlecards, and playbooks based on customer feedback, market data, and product insights.
• Educate Sales and Customer Success teams on new messaging, positioning updates, and product launches, maintaining enablement materials as the platform evolves.
• Develop onboarding resources that assist new partners in quickly grasping Teak's solutions and activating confidently.
• Contribute to content that enhances partner awareness and adoption, including website copy, case studies, partner communications, and marketing tailored to specific verticals.
• Support demand generation through messaging and content that is informed by product knowledge and market insights.
• 5-7 years of experience in product marketing within a B2B, fintech, or developer/platform organization, preferably with exposure to multiple verticals.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret product inputs — such as roadmaps, specifications, and release notes — into GTM strategies and marketing initiatives that promote awareness and adoption.
• Proficient in articulating complex, regulated, or technical subjects in a clear and engaging manner without sacrificing precision.
• Experience crafting consumer-facing product copy — including in-app language, transactional messaging, and feature naming — with a strong sense of tone, accuracy, and compliance.
• Excellent research and synthesis skills, capable of transforming customer feedback, competitive insights, and sales contributions into a coherent perspective and actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable navigating the intersections of product, legal, and commercial considerations.
