This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Create unique positioning and messaging for Signal 1’s AI Management System and its growing product range, including the value narrative for upcoming capabilities.
• Define and refine category positioning for new product areas like the Agent Control Plane, determining how Signal 1 articulates and names new features before market standards are established.
• Convert intricate technical capabilities into straightforward value propositions for healthcare executives (CIOs, Chief AI Officers, CMIOs, CMOs, CFOs).
• Formulate core messaging for technical stakeholders (IT, data science, and ML engineering) alongside executive audiences, ensuring the value narrative is compelling at both levels.
• Maintain consistency across product, sales, marketing, and customer communications.
• Collaborate with Product Management throughout the development cycle to plan and implement successful product launches.
• Create launch plans and customer-facing materials that convey business value rather than merely listing features.
• Develop and continuously enhance impactful resources including presentations, one-pagers, videos, competitive comparisons, and demos.
• Train and empower sales and customer success teams on new positioning, messaging, and launch materials, enabling them to effectively sell, retain, and grow accounts.
• Track competitors and market trends to sustain differentiated positioning.
• Create battlecards and insights that guide product strategy and sales discussions.
• Systematically gather customer and market insights—through win/loss analyses, customer interviews, and sales feedback—and relay them to Product to shape roadmap and strategy.
• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in product marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology.
• Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to clarify complex ideas for executive audiences.
• Strong cross-functional collaborator with experience working across product, sales, and marketing teams.
• Self-driven and highly organized, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Experience with US healthcare enterprise sales and familiarity with the hospital purchasing process is advantageous.
• Actively utilizes AI tools such as Claude to enhance efficiency, manage multiple tasks concurrently, and continually increase personal capacity and impact.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (5–15%).
