This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of positioning and messaging for essential product areas.
• Convert intricate product capabilities into narratives tailored for different buyer segments and personas.
• Maintain message consistency across websites, sales materials, campaigns, and executive communications.
• Spearhead the comprehensive go-to-market strategy for significant product launches.
• Establish launch objectives, success metrics, and cross-functional plans in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Connect launch plans to commercial value, revenue generation, and overall business outcomes.
• Enhance go-to-market playbooks utilizing performance data, win/loss signals, and pipeline impact.
• Develop sales enablement resources such as pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, demo narratives, and ROI tools.
• Provide training and briefings to Sales and Customer Success teams regarding product differentiation.
• Assess enablement effectiveness through content adoption, win rates, and deal velocity.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations to integrate commercial messaging into sales processes and CRM workflows.
• Conduct win/loss interviews, customer surveys, and persona research.
• Manage competitive intelligence and equip the organization to respond effectively to competitor actions.
• Extract customer and market insights to inform product strategy and prioritize the roadmap.
• Contribute to category positioning and thought leadership initiatives.
• Collaborate with executives on narratives for analyst relations, investor communications, and industry events.
• Oversee the PMM measurement framework and link initiatives to business results.
• Monitor launch performance, content utilization, win/loss trends, and competitive displacement.
• Model commercial impact and communicate ROI to senior stakeholders.
• Utilize AI tools and agents to expedite research, content creation, and repetitive PMM tasks.
• Share AI workflows, prompts, and best practices with the PMM team.
• Mentor junior PMMs and contribute to team processes, playbooks, and standards.
• 8+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing.
• Ideally experienced in payments, fintech, or developer/platform tooling.
• Ability to simplify complex, technical concepts into messaging suitable for both technical and business buyers.
• Demonstrated success in linking go-to-market strategy to quantifiable commercial outcomes.
• Capability to align launch objectives with commercial value.
• Experience in influencing Product, Sales, and Marketing leaders without formal authority.
• Proven ability to independently manage multiple complex workstreams with minimal oversight.
• Background in conducting customer research and leveraging insights to shape strategy.
• Strong writing abilities.
• Data fluency and analytical rigor, including the development and interpretation of PMM dashboards and modeling GTM impact.
• Proficient in using Salesforce, Amplitude, or similar tools.
• Practitioner-level experience with AI tools and agents for competitive research, win/loss analysis, content generation, and brief preparation.
• Familiarity with agentic workflows and prompt engineering.
• Legally authorized to work in the country where this role is advertised, without the need for sponsorship.
