This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of Product Marketing for a product throughout its entire lifecycle, from initial discovery to launches and iterative improvements.
• Develop a 2–4 quarter Product Marketing strategy that aligns customer needs, market opportunities, and product direction.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customers, competitors, and the category through research, data analysis, and experimentation.
• Integrate market insights and the customer voice into product decisions and priority setting.
• Establish clear and differentiated positioning and messaging.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Writers, and Integrated Marketing to ensure uniform positioning.
• Shape product strategy by working closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Researchers.
• Develop launch strategies and coordinate cross-functional launches involving Product, Marketing, Operations, and Support.
• Assess launches and commercial outcomes, create business cases, and enhance positioning and propositions.
• Provide informal mentorship to junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
• Proven experience in owning Product Marketing for complete products or product experiences.
• Ability to comprehend customer needs, identify market opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Strong customer insight, market understanding, and commercial acumen.
• Experience in developing product positioning and messaging.
• Capability to influence product strategy through data-driven evidence and collaboration.
• Proven track record in designing and coordinating cross-functional product launches.
• Proficient in utilizing customer and commercial data to evaluate outcomes and formulate business cases.
• Aptitude for addressing ambiguous problems with evidence-based solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, Researchers, and Integrated Marketing.
• Dedication to seeking feedback, honing skills, sharing knowledge, and informally mentoring junior team members.
• Base salary ranging from £70,000 to £105,000.
• Flexible working hours.
