This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Create distinct positioning, messaging, and value propositions for district decision-makers, educators, and curriculum leaders.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new products, features, enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
• Formulate launch strategies, identify target audiences, develop messaging, enablement plans, campaign recommendations, and success metrics.
• Produce sales collateral, pitch decks, training materials, and guides for handling objections.
• Provide product training to the Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer and perform competitive analysis.
• Establish an AI-assisted research routine by synthesizing customer calls, win/loss data, support themes, and competitive sources.
• Convert customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to influence the prioritization of the roadmap.
• Assist in product launches alongside the marketing team.
• Develop campaigns and content for webinars, events, thought leadership, product pages, guides, and other marketing initiatives.
• Lead the integration of AI across product marketing efforts.
• Construct, document, and continually enhance repeatable AI-assisted workflows for messaging, content, research, and enablement.
• Establish AI quality and review benchmarks and assess productivity improvements in workflows.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the K-12 education landscape and adoption market.
• Experience in dynamic organizations, including refining positioning and messaging post-acquisition to craft a cohesive portfolio narrative.
• Strong capability to translate intricate products and technical features into straightforward, engaging customer narratives.
• Outstanding communication abilities—both in writing and verbally.
• Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret market and customer data effectively.
• Demonstrated expertise with AI tools in a marketing context, including regular application in producing tangible work.
• Proven success in transforming AI usage into systematic processes through documented workflows, reusable prompts and templates, and quality benchmarks.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA or MA in Education/Marketing) is a plus.
