This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take charge of the positioning, messaging, and collaborative execution for Level Data’s product offerings.
• Craft unique messaging and value propositions tailored for district decision-makers, educators, and curriculum leaders.
• Spearhead go-to-market strategies for new products, features, enhancements, and key initiatives.
• Formulate launch strategies, identify target audiences, develop messaging, create enablement plans, recommend campaigns, and establish success metrics.
• Produce sales materials, presentation decks, training resources, and guides for handling objections.
• Provide product training to Sales and Customer Success teams.
• Act as the voice of the customer and perform competitive analysis.
• Establish an AI-assisted research process by consolidating customer calls, win/loss data, support themes, and competitive insights.
• Convert customer and market insights into actionable recommendations for product development and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to impact roadmap prioritization.
• Assist with product launches alongside the marketing team.
• Create campaigns and content for webinars, events, thought leadership, product pages, guides, and other marketing efforts.
• Oversee AI applications within product marketing.
• Develop, document, and enhance repeatable AI-assisted workflows for messaging, content creation, research, and enablement.
• Establish AI quality standards and review processes, while measuring productivity improvements.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a similar field.
• In-depth knowledge of the K-12 education sector and adoption market.
• Experience in rapidly growing companies, including the ability to shape positioning and messaging post-acquisition to formulate a unified portfolio narrative.
• Strong capability to simplify complex products and technical features into engaging customer narratives.
• Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Proven experience collaborating across functions with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams.
• Solid analytical skills, enabling the interpretation of market and customer data.
• Demonstrated proficiency with AI tools in a marketing setting, consistently applying them to tangible work.
• History of transforming AI usage into repeatable processes, encompassing documented workflows, reusable prompts and templates, and quality benchmarks.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• An advanced degree (MBA or MA in Education/Marketing) is a plus.
