Senior Product Marketing Manager

📋 Description

• Develop Cyber Workforce & AI Resilience as a key category.

• Manage a well-rounded combination of core product marketing and sales enablement across various solution areas.

• Define positioning and messaging strategies.

• Lead messaging training and ramp-up initiatives, including fundamental onboarding, live training sessions, and continuous certification programs.

• Create positioning and messaging grounded in customer, market, and competitive insights.

• Produce sales materials such as battlecards, one-pagers, pitch decks, and guides for handling objections.

• Collaborate with Product Management to grasp the roadmap and competitive advantages.

• Convert technical capabilities into accessible, jargon-free content.

• Manage product launches from start to finish and ensure sales teams are trained prior to launch.

• Collect sales feedback to enhance training and content quality.

• Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of enablement programs and share findings.


⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in product marketing, sales enablement, or a related field, preferably in B2B SaaS.

• Demonstrated experience in creating and delivering training or ramp programs for sales teams.

• Experience in translating technical product capabilities into clear, jargon-free messaging.

• Capability to work independently across multiple solution areas and prioritize tasks as they evolve.

• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with Product, Sales, Sales Engineering, and Marketing teams.

• Excellent writing and presentation abilities.

• Familiarity with cybersecurity, application security, or enterprise risk is a plus.

• Experience with enablement platforms like Highspot, Seismic, or Showpad is a plus.

• Eligibility to work in the UK without the need for visa sponsorship.
