This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of CareMessage’s primary customer segments.
• Take ownership of the positioning and value propositions for each segment.
• Customize messaging according to EHR and integration maturity levels.
• Create segment briefs, one-pagers, competitive differentiators, and proof points.
• Oversee the entire product launch planning process and go-to-market execution.
• Develop internal and external launch materials, FAQs, one-pagers, landing page text, and presentations.
• Maintain a quarterly narrative that connects roadmap themes to customer value and equity outcomes.
• Ensure readiness for launches across Product, Brand, Growth, Customer Success, and Partnerships teams.
• Conduct customer interviews and perform segmentation research.
• Keep competitive intelligence and market landscape assessments up to date.
• Collect and analyze insights to enhance messaging, positioning, and adoption strategies.
• Manage product-related press releases, coordinating timing and distribution.
• Create messaging for webinars, conferences, demonstrations, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate on external content regarding product advancements and technical capabilities.
• Develop internal training materials and facilitate training sessions.
• Maintain the shared cross-functional release calendar and asset repository.
• Create templates, processes, reusable frameworks, and scalable systems for product marketing operations.
• Establish product marketing KPIs and create reporting mechanisms.
• Lead multiple end-to-end launches and ensure consistent message adoption across teams.
• 5–8+ years of experience in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or related roles in SaaS or health tech.
• Demonstrated ability to develop compelling positioning for technical or integration-heavy products.
• Proven experience leading complete GTM cycles, including messaging, collateral creation, and cross-functional launch execution.
• Strong research and insight-gathering capabilities, encompassing customer interviews, competitive analysis, and segmentation.
• Outstanding writing skills and narrative development abilities.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively across engineering, product, marketing, and customer-facing teams.
• A deep commitment to CareMessage’s mission of advancing health equity.
• Preferred: experience in healthcare technology, EHR ecosystems, interoperability, or population health tools.
• Preferred: background with FQHCs, safety-net clinics, or care coordination systems.
• Preferred: previous experience in a nonprofit or mission-driven SaaS organization.
• Preferred: familiarity with AI-enabled workflows or data intelligence products.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
