This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland, +3 more countries.
• Take charge of product positioning and messaging alongside the leadership team.
• Oversee feature launches from the development stage to campaign execution and evaluation.
• Collaborate with Product to comprehend use cases and establish launch messaging and strategies.
• Execute launch campaigns targeting prospects and existing customers in collaboration with Sales.
• Evaluate opportunities generated, accounts activated, and feature adoption rates.
• Participate in Sales and Customer Success calls during beta tests and product launches.
• Collect feedback from prospects and customers and relay insights to Product and Marketing teams.
• Manage the customer story pipeline, which includes use cases, case studies, and testimonials.
• Keep the internal product and feature repository updated in Guru.
• Take ownership of and periodically review the master sales presentation.
• Assist the Sales team in identifying impactful demo moments and translating features into business results.
• Implement cross-sell and upsell announcement campaigns for both existing and free accounts.
• Collaborate with the Growth team on in-product communication channels.
• Report directly to the CEO and work closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth teams.
• A minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS product marketing, primarily in startups where you have taken on hands-on tasks.
• Proven experience in launching products, owning positioning, and collaborating closely with sales teams.
• Background in mobile applications, ASO, or gaming is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with both product-led and sales-led approaches.
• A proactive approach to work.
• Daily use of AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and similar applications.
• Capability to create AI-powered workflows using internal integrations like Fathom, HubSpot, Guru, Salesforce, Amplitude, and Canny.
• Proficient in analyzing funnel and campaign data, building spreadsheets, and defending conclusions.
• Strong command of English with excellent writing abilities.
• Comfortable presenting at webinars and events as a representative of the product.
• Video production skills with tools like Screen Studio or CapCut are beneficial but not mandatory.
• Fully remote position available anywhere in Europe; we have hubs located in Spain, Portugal, Serbia, and Finland.
