This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of product marketing for the Experience product division.
• Report directly to the Vice President of Product Marketing.
• Transform customer insights into effective positioning, go-to-market strategies, and quantifiable impacts on customers and business.
• Collaborate across Product, Growth, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to shape company positioning and category strategies.
• Generate customer and market insights through research, customer discussions, usage signals, competitive analysis, and commercial feedback.
• Outline positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, and product narratives.
• Spearhead impactful launches from initial strategy through to readiness, channel activation, user adoption, advocacy, and learning.
• Develop targeted go-to-market strategies with defined audiences, owners, trade-offs, and metrics.
• Influence the product roadmap, priorities, onboarding processes, packaging, proofs, and customer experiences.
• Provide Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and partners with compelling customer-value narratives and tools.
• Incorporate competitive and market insights into product and go-to-market strategies.
• Establish goals and metrics for customer adoption, retention, and commercial outcomes.
• Utilize data and opportunity assessments to offer practical recommendations.
• Leverage AI to enhance research, synthesis, analysis, workflow automation, and the overall quality of product marketing.
• Proven experience in launching complex, technical, platform, developer, AI, or FinTech products to market.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-impact launches across various channels with measurable outcomes.
• Strong skills in customer discovery, segmentation, positioning, storytelling, and product context.
• Capability to simplify complex concepts while maintaining accuracy and credibility.
• Comfort in engaging with both technical and commercial audiences and influencing across departments without formal authority.
• Background in launches, adoption strategies, lifecycle management, enablement, measurement, competitive insights, and customer advocacy.
• Experience in utilizing AI, agents, or automation to enhance speed, quality, or insights.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in the country where this position is advertised, without the need for sponsorship.
