This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Take charge of product marketing for the Experience product group.
β’ Report directly to the VP of Product Marketing.
β’ Transform customer insights into effective positioning, go-to-market strategies, and measurable impacts on customers and the business.
β’ Collaborate with teams across Product, Growth, Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Brand.
β’ Work alongside senior leadership to shape overall company positioning and category strategy.
β’ Generate customer and market insights through research, conversations, usage signals, competitive intelligence, and commercial feedback.
β’ Establish positioning, messaging, segmentation, proof points, and product narratives.
β’ Spearhead impactful launches from initial strategy to readiness, channel activation, adoption, advocacy, and learning.
β’ Develop targeted go-to-market plans that outline specific audiences, ownership, trade-offs, and metrics.
β’ Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to influence the roadmap, priorities, onboarding, packaging, proof, and customer experience.
β’ Provide Revenue Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and partners with compelling stories and tools.
β’ Incorporate competitive and market insights into product and go-to-market strategies.
β’ Identify opportunities to enhance differentiation.
β’ Establish objectives and metrics for customer adoption, retention, and commercial impact.
β’ Leverage data and opportunity sizing to make informed recommendations.
β’ Utilize AI to enhance research, synthesis, analysis, workflow automation, and the quality of product marketing.
β’ Within the first year, deliver a more refined product narrative, repeatable launch processes, enhanced enablement, and greater clarity on customer adoption and commercial impact.
β’ Proven experience in bringing complex, technical, platform, developer, AI, or FinTech products to market.
β’ Demonstrated success in leading multiple high-impact launches across various channels with measurable outcomes.
β’ Strong skills in customer discovery, segmentation, positioning, storytelling, and product context.
β’ Ability to simplify complexity while maintaining accuracy and credibility.
β’ Comfort in engaging with both technical and commercial audiences and influencing across functions without formal authority.
β’ Broad experience in launches, adoption, lifecycle management, enablement, measurement, competitive insights, and customer advocacy.
β’ Examples of utilizing AI, agents, or automation to enhance speed, quality, or insight.
β’ Strong judgment and verification capabilities when employing AI.
β’ Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is advertised, without the need for sponsorship.
