Senior Product Marketing Manager, Agentic AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the positioning and messaging for Agentic CX assurance.

• Lead the go-to-market strategy for agentic AI product launches, encompassing launch tiering, enablement, content creation, analyst and press briefings, and post-launch pipeline assessment.

• Monitor competitive positioning across AI evaluation tools, CCaaS-native testing, and manual QA teams.

• Develop sales enablement materials, including discovery questions, objection handling strategies, and demo narratives.

• Engage in sales calls to refine messaging that may not be resonating effectively.

• Produce solution briefs, analyst submissions, webinars, launch blog posts, and conference presentations focused on agentic AI assurance, LLM risk, and AI governance in CX.

• Collaborate with Product, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success teams.

• Align engineering outputs with sales messaging.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in B2B SaaS or AI product marketing.

• Proven history of executing launches that have positively impacted pipeline, with quantifiable results.

• Excellent writing and presentation abilities; writing samples are mandatory.

• Comfortable engaging with technical buyers and collaborating with technical product teams.

• Experience selling to enterprise accounts through a sales-led approach, managing long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with AI Native or Agentic AI startups (preferred).

• Background in CX or contact center operations, including conversational AI, NLU, or contact center management (preferred).

• Experience in QA, testing, observability, or monitoring sectors (preferred).
