Senior Product Manager, Virtual Care

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Establish and implement the product strategy and roadmap for Virtual Care.

• Prioritize investments by considering affordability, clinical outcomes, member experience, and operational efficiency.

• Lead the discovery process involving members, clinicians, and operations teams.

• Integrate user research with data analysis to pinpoint issues and develop business cases for product investments.

• Enhance the member journey from the initial search for care to the visit and follow-up.

• Minimize friction in the intake and scheduling processes while improving visit completion rates.

• Create tools that enable clinicians to provide high-quality care efficiently.

• Assess opportunities for AI and automation while ensuring clinical quality is preserved.

• Establish success metrics and evaluate clinical, financial, and operational impacts.

• Facilitate alignment among clinical, operations, engineering, design, and data science partners.

• Manage complex initiatives from problem identification to delivery.

• Draft requirements, oversee dependencies and risks, and address cross-team challenges.

• Provide mentorship to junior product team members.

• Adhere to relevant laws and regulations.

• Carry out other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience collaborating across various functions including engineers, designers, and operations experts in a Product Management or related role.

• More than 4 years of experience in driving rigorous prioritization processes.

• At least 4 years of experience with technical systems and a comprehension of basic technology infrastructure, including backend services, database relationships, and the use of database tools such as SQL.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading intricate, cross-domain initiatives.

• At least 2 years of experience diagnosing ambiguous problems, creating roadmaps towards solutions, and successfully executing those plans.

• Bonus: Over 1 year of experience in developing clinician-facing experiences.
