📋 Description

• Propel advancements across emerging product initiatives, including motorcycle insurance, home insurance, boat and RV insurance, as well as non-insurance offerings.

• Quickly acclimate to new areas, gaining insights into customer personas, challenges, operational intricacies, and scalability pathways.

• Synthesize quantitative information from Data Science alongside qualitative insights from Customer Insights & Research to pinpoint pivotal priorities.

• Design and launch innovative products, swiftly gather customer feedback, apply insights, and refine accordingly.

• Play a key role in shaping the product roadmap and manage execution from initial concepts or launches through achieving product-market fit and scaling efforts.

• Create products that significantly influence customer growth and the company's overall business trajectory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in management consulting (MBB or equivalent), consumer-focused product management, or a similar role at a rapidly growing startup.

• Strong consumer product intuition gained from hands-on product development or close collaboration with consumer product teams.

• Proficiency with data; capable of conducting independent analyses and forming strong conclusions from complex signals.

• Must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada for full-time salaried employment.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. or Canada.
