Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Perform detailed market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive environments.

• Leverage market insights to enhance revenue growth and improve the market position of the product portfolio.

• Work in partnership with product managers regarding build, buy, or partnership strategies.

• Develop pricing strategies, package offerings, and bundling options for SaaS solutions.

• Create business cases and predictive ROI models to inform investment and market planning.

• Design and execute market entry strategies for new SaaS products.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration during product introductions and launches.

• Monitor and assess KPIs related to product market introduction efforts and adapt strategies as necessary.

• Maintain thorough documentation of product processes, definitions, workflows, templates, and best practices.

• Collect and incorporate feedback to enhance operational procedures for products.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Act as a liaison for product management tools and systems, coordinating with vendors, internal stakeholders, and administrators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.

• At least 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proven expertise in product commercialization, operations, management, consulting, software development, or similar roles within the SaaS industry.

• Knowledge of the healthcare sector is a plus.

• Exceptional business acumen with strong analytical and critical thinking skills for strategic decision-making.

• Proficient in managing systems, processes, and data.

• Strong ability to conduct product, market, and financial analyses.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively.

• Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and establishing and maintaining relationships at all organizational levels.

• Self-directed, quick learner with problem-solving abilities, needing minimal supervision.
