Senior Product Manager, Vehicle Delivery – Ownership

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for vehicle delivery.

• Ensure a flawless and high-quality customer experience.

• Specify detailed product requirements based on the needs of customers and partners.

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to execute the product roadmap.

• Engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to collect valuable insights.

• Convert insights into product features that improve customer experience.

• Manage multiple active partner relationships concurrently.

• Balance the needs of partners with Slate's product vision and operational objectives.

• Champion agile and lean methodologies in product development.

• Enhance time-to-market while efficiently allocating resources.

• Promote continuous improvement and rapid iterations based on operational feedback.

• Work alongside engineering, design, operations, commercial, and partner teams.

• Interact with all levels of Slate leadership and strategic partners.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• An MBA from a prestigious university is preferred.

• Over 7 years of experience in product management.

• Experience with customer-facing or operations-intensive products in a technology-driven environment.

• Prior startup experience is preferred.

• Proven experience managing large-scale technical products.

• Demonstrated ability to develop a vision, articulate a strategy, and create programs and features from inception.

• Experience overseeing products with multiple simultaneous partner integrations and various user personas.

• Proven track record of managing complex, operationally intensive product areas from strategy to execution.

• Experience in building and delivering AI-powered products.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to align executives and cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering, design, operations, and commercial teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable operating in ambiguity across multiple product areas at once.

• Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
